Charmaine started the company in 2004 and has built it to operate in the markets of Arizona, Hawaii, Nevada, and New York. She is determined to grow the company to a global level, and her ambitions truly inspire the team. It shows in every aspect of the company just how far she is willing to go for any client, any dream, or any idea presented by big or small companies alike.

MARK

The enthusiastic go-getter that strives at multi-tasking and handling all types of projects. He ensures that everything in the office and on the field runs smoothly from booking staff to scheduling applicants. He is sure to always have something witty to say and keeps the office laughing. Mark is quick to solve any problem, has great customer service skills, and takes care of business.

KAWELINA

Kawe is a graduate of Hawaii Pacific University, she majored in Advertising and Public Relations. SEM was lucky to snag her while she was still in school and has watched her blossom from an enthusiastic student to a well polished professional. She is a custom design specialist and has created many designs including invitations, menus, and signs to name a few. Her specialty is wedding and party design.

MISTY

Talk about a big work load, this accounting power house handles all of the brand ambassadors pay runs, the staff’s pay, expense reports and invoices. There are no numbers that she can’t master. She has streamlined all of the accounting systems and continues to impress us with her skills.

LEILANI

Leilani is a graduate of the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa majoring in Fashion Design & Merchandising and Hawaiian Language. She has years of experience in party planning and specializes in party and wedding decor. Her kind personality makes her the perfect match to handle client relations and networking the company. She has a knack for finding out the small details of what a client is looking for and making their vision a reality.

JOEY

Joey, a Vegas native, knows the Vegas market inside and out. Her “can do” spirit has helped SEM grow substantially in that market. She manages all aspects of the Nevada events from concept to execution and handles a wide range of requests with ease. The beauty of working with Joey is that we know the job will always get done, and with a smile. Her personality is fun, bubbly and she’s a joy to be around.

DANIEL

Nicknamed Danimal. This exotic individual was captured from the wild fjords deep within the Norwegian mountains. Almost a year later he has settled in quite well with the new environment and holds the title “graphic designer” with Star Event Marketing. His specialty is marketing collateral including business cards, web-sites, and brochures

TAMIKA

Tamika is organized, efficient and a take-charge type of lady. She will always get the job done right and is never at a loss of ways to improve the business. She is a hard worker and can easily help us grow the Arizona market with her dedication and drive.
